Anima has to be the worst ‘Care’ (absolute joke) system ever! It’s hard to navigate & getting a specific medical or care point over is impossible. Even asking many times for an after 12:00 appointment, it ALWAYS comes back with an early morning appointment!!!
This system was either put together by the company that did the Post Office’s Horizon system or it’s a hospital job creation scheme for high blood pressure or heart attacks!!
Wish I could have scored it less than one star!! 😡
