My mother and I attended a webinar led by Katherine to learn "how to ADU" and thereafter we became CALHFA grant recipients, which was a huge help in offsetting our pre-construction costs.

Our dream has come to fruition and we now have a 1,200 sq ft, two-story ADU that meets the needs of our growing family.
